Today I installed a few (under the hood) updates… And I sucked! I miss configured some stuff, therefore some of you might get error Pages (Most of the time Unauthorized 401 and Forbidden 403).
A few minutes ago I fixed the permission of the Web Site directory and reverted some changed, everything should work fine again!
Da Apple es mit iOS und Mac OS X in letzter Zeit ja irgendwie nicht mehr auf die Kette kriegt habe ich mich entschieden: Das Windows Phone scheint aktuell die bessere Plattform zu sein! Als Desktop Betriebsystem bin ich dann auch gleich auf Windows 8 umgestiegen!
Damit stand auch der Migration auf Office 365 nichts mehr im Weg. Das macht das verwalten von den Geräten einfacher und vor allem macht es den Zugriff auf Daten viel, viel, einfacher :)
April Fools Day
Klar irgendwie bin ich von einer Plattform direkt auf die andere umgestiegen (Quasi einmal von Apple zu Microsoft), aber nur dann macht es doch Sinne, oder?
Aber ich muss zugeben: Die Migration war einfacher als gedacht! Mit etwas basteln hat die Übernahme der Daten auch recht gut funktioniert… Der Rest funktionierte aber Server-Seitig (Office365).
Gut ein Apple Equipment habe ich behalten: Das Surface ist aktuell (noch) keine Alternative zum iPad! Solange das noch der Fall ist, werde ich auch das iPad Mini behalten.

1st Update:
I changed the site name from hochwald.net to hochwald dot net
Google kicks me from the index if i use hochwald.net as site name… And i personally don’t care about the site name!!!
2nd Update:
I reenabled the subscribe to comments feature! If you post a comment to a news/article you might want to get a notification if there is another comment poster to it. But, not everybody want to get a notification, therefore you have to confirm your subscription. This is called a Double-Opt-In.

All external links are marked as external links!

A few days ago I decided to implement an own shortURL Service! My first idea was an .me domain but I still own some short domain… like the domain HICTS.DE
Therefore I use this domain for this new service.
As an example, http://hochwald.net is available as http://hicts.de/3

I while ago I decided to redesign my site! My first idea was to go mobile first, but during my tests i completely switched my mind… The new design is totally responsive and based on HTML5 and CSS3 :) And I use a lot of AJAX to make the site look like a one pager.
The Site is still based on WordPress, but i dramatically reduced the plugin usage. I hope it converted everything… But as always: If you find something strange please do not hesitate and contact me! I appreciate every kind of feedback.
