PowerShell: Get a report of Mobile Devices from Exchange Online

Sometimes a basic reporting can become handy, this script will create a CSV based report file

Get a basic report of Mobile Devices connected to the Microsoft 365 Tenant

The report will contain the following information:

  • Identity (e.g. John Doe)
  • DeviceType (e.g. iPhone, or Outlook)
  • DeviceOS (e.g. iOS 14.4.2, or Android 11)
  • DeviceUserAgent (e.g. ‘Outlook-iOS/2.0’, or ‘Apple-iPhone13C3/1804.70')
  • DeviceModel (e.g. ‘iPhone13C3’, or ‘SM-G975F’, or ‘Outlook for iOS and Android')
  • ClientType (e.g. ‘EAS’, or ‘Outlook')
  • FirstSyncTime
  • LastSuccessSync
  • LastSyncAttemptTime
  • LastPolicyUpdateTime
  • LastPingHeartbeat
