After the fresh start, I did some tweaks, mostly under the hood, and some further (minor) design changes.
Now I decided to bring back the Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) function. This could increase the performance on Mobile Devices a lot. It will not load any unneeded stuff (e.g. Plugins or 3rd party Java Script) to deliver the content as fast as possible!
My Page is responsive, so I decided to let the default behavior as it is, if you want to access the Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) only append /amp to the URL you want. If you want to get rid of it, it’s the other way around: Just remove the /amp from the URL.
I did a lot of tests with the AMP function, and everything worked very well. However, here is the typical IT thing: This article is not available as AMP version! Funny, isn’t it? The article that announces the AMP version is not working…. Now I know how some projects manager feel, when they announce that a project is a success, and the crashes right after they did that! However: I will try to get this fixed!
