Version 4.8.31.0 of the Microsoft Teams Rooms brings the following feature:
Windows 10 20H2 support
If you’re running the Microsoft Teams Rooms on an HP Elite Slice, you can safely install Version 4.8.31.0 but the Microsoft Update will still delay the Windows 10 20H2 update. This is we well known behavior and works as designed.
This is how it looks like on an HP Elite Slice Audio Ready:This is interesting, because the Microsoft Update didn’t delay the Windows 10 20H2 update on a regular HP Elite Slice!
Even the latest Bios Update (Version 2.53/SP113398) from HP doesn’t change that!
On my Surface Pro based Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron CCS-UC-300) the Windows 10 version was updated to the latest 20H2 build!
The release will be deployed via the Microsoft Store (it should come via the standard maintenance, that the MTR device runs each night) or via a manual update.
